In March 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic severed connections across the world. The year that followed included some of the most charged racial, social, environmental, and political upheaval the United States has seen in 50 years. In times of conflict, people turn to their communities, families, and friends for comfort, to experience collective emotion, and to process together - but the pandemic suspended our access to community indefinitely.

This 15-question community health survey aims to evaluate the impact these events and experiences have had on creative people. It is crucial to start a dialogue around creatives’ needs and provide outlets to openly share the experiences of designers as humans.

This survey is open to be completed by any person, anywhere in the world. All survey responses are anonymous and survey results will be published on the Designing For website.
